Where Science Transcends Disciplines<\/p>\n[\/heading][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text]The Destination Project will bring together faculty and students from across science disciplines (Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Neuroscience, Psychology, Physics & Astronomy), promoting and enabling curricular innovation, helping students achieve their academic goals and fostering a community of science at the U of L and across southern Alberta.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are envisioning scientists and researchers working together to share resources and expertise outside of their traditional disciplines to achieve a common scientific goal,\u201d explains Dr. Craig Cooper, dean of the Faculty of Arts & Science. \u201cResearch benefits from different perspectives and approaches, creating opportunities for students and researchers to place their work in a greater context.\u201d<\/p>\n
