You may wish to define a rubric when grading assignments in Moodle. 

To set up a rubric, go into your assignment settings and choose Rubric as your Grading Method.

Next, under the Administration Block, under Advanced Grading, Choose Define Rubric.

Now, you are able to set up the rubric as you need.
