This creates a predictable schedule and avoids the need to build individual activities or links for each week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven&#8217;t added Zoom meeting as an activity or resource yet, do so now. See <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.ulethbridge.ca\/moodle-answers\/tag\/joining-zoom-meeting\/\" data-type=\"post_tag\" data-id=\"172\">how to add Zoom meetings tutorial.<\/a> Once added, continue with the instructions below for Recurring Class Session Step by Step Instructions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recurring Class Sessions &#8211; Step-by-Step Instructions:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Open your course page and click on your&nbsp;<strong><em>Zoom Online Lectures<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;activity link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Inside the dashboard, click&nbsp;<strong>Schedule a New Meeting<\/strong>&nbsp;(or click on an existing meeting title and select&nbsp;<strong>Edit<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Scroll down below the time settings and check the checkbox next to&nbsp;<strong>Recurring meeting<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Configure the recurrence parameters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Recurrence:<\/strong>&nbsp;From the dropdown menu, select&nbsp;<strong>Weekly<\/strong>&nbsp;(this is the most common setting for academic schedules).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Repeat every:<\/strong>&nbsp;Set to&nbsp;<strong>1<\/strong>&nbsp;week.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Occurs on:<\/strong>&nbsp;Check the specific days of the week your class meets (e.g., Tuesday and Thursday).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>End Date:<\/strong>&nbsp;Select the date of your final class session of the semester.
