Scroll down until you see\u00a0<strong>Recurring Meeting<\/strong>, click on the checkbox beside it.\u00a0Once you click on the box, it will give you access to additional settings.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-894\" src=\"http:\/\/sites.ulethbridge.ca\/moodle-answers\/files\/2020\/09\/recurring_meeting-9e7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"446\" height=\"315\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sites.ulethbridge.ca\/moodle-answers\/files\/2020\/09\/recurring_meeting-9e7.jpg 498w, https:\/\/sites.ulethbridge.ca\/moodle-answers\/files\/2020\/09\/recurring_meeting-9e7-300x212.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 446px) 100vw, 446px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Additional Settings<\/span>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recurrence<\/strong>: In this drop-down menu, you can choose whether the meeting recurs daily, weekly, monthly, or does not have a fixed time.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li><strong>Daily<\/strong> meetings occur every day from the start date until the end date, or at evenly spaced daily intervals (example: every 3 days).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Weekly<\/strong> meetings occur every week on specified days during that week (example: every Tuesday &#038; Thursday). You also have the option to repeat in evenly spaced weekly intervals (example: repeat meeting every 5 weeks). This is the most common setting for scheduling class lectures.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Monthly\u00a0<\/strong>meetings occur every 1, 2, or 3 months and can be shceduled on a fixed date (example: first Monday of every month).<\/li>\n<li><strong>No Fixed Time\u00a0<\/strong>meetings can be started at any time. This creates a room similar to your personal meeting room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>End Date<\/strong>: Choose the date on which the last scheduled meeting will occur. Ignore the &#8220;End after __ occurrences&#8221; option, this will be calculated automatically after you select the end date.<\/p>\n<p>5.
