One colour versions of the University of Lethbridge logo can only be printed in Black, White, Blue or Yellow, there are no restrictions on the background colour to be used, only that the logo be clear and readable. It is important to note that the sun the in the logo shield MUST ALWAYS be the lighter of the two colours being used, for example see figure 1c and 1d below:
