Hyphenate titles where necessary and place the area of specialty in brackets.<br \/>\nExample: Nancy Walker, vice-president (Finance and Administration)<\/p>\n<p>3. Use brackets not commas for titles.<br \/>\nExample: Vice-President (Finance &amp; Administration) Nancy Walker &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>4. Don\u2019t use titles after the first reference. From the second reference on, sources should only be identified by their last names.<\/p>\n<p>5.
